Louvers as repeated unit
Each louver is a single instance, hand-rotated through the array. Not a procedural pattern — the small variations are intentional, traced from the on-set hero model.

Grazing, not flat
Light comes across the panel, not into it. That's what makes the louver edges throw shadows the way they do; head-on, the panel goes flat.
